Speaking of neutron stars/black holes and their masses/sizes, get a load of this: https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-53151106

Tldr; LIGO found an object that is in between what theories predicted was the smallest black hole and the largest neutron star. So either those theories need adjusting (probably), or there is a new type of object out there.
