I'm trying to see if I can add an effect to the "Go Dark" ability, specifically reducing the amount of supplies your fleet consumes by half while it's active. I know nothing about Starsector modding so I went off to learn more about it but I haven't been able to find anything mentioning specifically how to edit existing abilities. So my questions are...

Is there a mod that already does this that I don't know about?
Is there a guide anywhere that can give me the info I'd need to make the mod myself?
