I don't know if it has been reported so let's go

How to cause the bug:

1- Click on 'Command'
2- In the 'Custom Production' tab select a ship for production but do not confirm
3- Click on 'Show on map' in the area that shows where the production will be delivered.
4- Press 'Esc' on the keyboard

Now the UI buttons are locked and apparently only return to normal when the campaign is reloaded.

Thank you for the report, I really appreciate it! Fixed this just now, by also disabling the "show on map" button while there's an unconfirmed production order - you're not supposed to be able to get out of the screen while in that state.
