Starsector 0.97a is out! (02/02/24); New blog post: Simulator Enhancements (03/13/24)
Looking for advice on some settings.I changed the sector settings (count, size, cellsize) to the same as vanilla but kept the width and height, it seems to generate around 3x more constellations vs vanilla which I like, but I can't figure out the best settings for Remnant, Ruins, Derelicts and Blade Breakers by comparing the mod values with vanilla.Does anyone have recommendations based on just 3x constellations and (therefore) 3x systems vs vanilla in regards to settings for those features?
here. SAD settings aren't important as I don't use SAD.

Sorry to bother you, but when using Adjusted Sector thus far it's just had..no effect? Is there a variable I have to change somewhere to enable the changes? I didn't see anything like that mentioned in any other comments, and the rest of the mods I have running are all working fine at the moment. It's enabled in the launcher and installed in the right folder, but it's still just generating the vanilla sector density/size/makeup. Any idea what could be causing that?

You need to start a new game for these changes to occur.
