Addition to Mission Mod API - allow a mission plugin to set the victory music via an API call, or via a field in the mission descriptor data file.

Currently it is possible for a mod to add sound effects by including a sounds.json file in the mod configuration folder, but it will conflict with other mods and even future versions of the base game; as it is a straight-up replacement of the file.

I request that mods be able to add/replace sound effects in the same way as other assets, possibly by using a *.csv list, so that their additions will never conflict.

yeah, that would be nice, like the missions.json -> .csv change that was made for the preview releases.

I submit that player moddability of sound should also extend to the ability to add a different background music theme for each mission, as well as BGM for the Warroom. Space combat without music is just not worth winning! :) Thanks for your consideration.
