Where can I get a storm needler blueprint?

I have only found 2 storm needlers for my entire playthrough and I need more for science! Where can I get these bad boys? Try-tech markets?

You need to produce them when you get the recipe, they are extremely uncommon.

blueprints are not sold on markets, you need to either find one in exploration, or raid markets with heavy industry to get them. I'm not sure which factions have the blueprints.

Raiding Tri-Tachyon orbital docks as their low-tech star bases use Storm Needlers as main weaponry.
