Greetings, so I wish to increase the level cap to go beyond 50 (or to simply unlock all skills ). Is there a mod which does that ? And if not, what files should I modify in order to have the desired effect ?

Open in notepad, find "playerMaxLevel", change value to whatever you want.

It seems that one of the mods i use change the level cap to 60(from 50) but i don't know which one. Is there a way to have access to the mod loading order so i can see what mod is the last one to have a say?

From what I understand mod load order is alphabetical by name (numbers->capital letters->lower case->some symbols -- you can find an exact order from googling), like in the order of the list you see when enabling/disabling mods.
