Cant exit battle

Hi, iv got Nex running and uped my battles to 800. There is no way for me to leave a battle either by winning losing or retreating. I've lowered my fleet size down to 400 no change. I can't disengage in any situation the ESC key only gives me exit to the main menu. my last safe is impossible to run away from this fleet so its an endless cycle

I've experienced this a couple of times as well. I haven't found a real fix, but a quick workaround would be to install Console Commands so you can use the 'endcombat' command to force the fight to end. Hope this helps.

This occurs, specifically, when you retreat a multi-module ship.  I believe it's been fixed in dev, though presumably Alex will drop by here to confirm.

Regardless, yes, the recommended workaround would be to use console commands' ability to end combat.

(Yeah, sounds like what this is, and is indeed fixed in dev.)
