I have a colony with heavy industry. I have Fighter blueprints in my inventory (can't r-click them).
But when I goto Command-Doctrine (or Command-Custom Production) and click the Fighters tab - I only have the 2 starting ones.

How do I "load" my fighter blueprints from my inventory to my Command menus? So confused...

have you tried right clicking them?

Hmm - it sounds like you might have fighter LPCs (which are installed in carriers) rather than fighter blueprints (which can be learned and then built/used by your fleets).

I just got the game last night, so how do you use fighter LPCs? install them in the carrier and the carrier makes fighters? how does it work?

They're basically like weapons - you install them in a carrier, and a carrier deploys that fighter wing in combat.
