Relevant portion of the Log.  Weird issue; I can confirm that WS 003 is present in the base .ship.

Modded, but... basically all the data matches, for the Falcon. 

I went over the .ship and .skin by hand afterwards.

Found it! 

Apparently, having a weapon assigned to the Variant crashed here.  Oops!

Alright!

(Yeah, pretty much anything modded goes in the modded subforum, regardless. At the very least, that clears up the scope of possibilities one needs to consider.)

Sorry, .skins being able to turn Weapon Slots off is a source of... endless amusement?
