New BSOD : mouse driver crashed and killed 3 others with it ...... Re-installed Windows last week, this is getting fun

New development : crashed while loading to main menu, crashed on main menu, crashed after hitting load/continue, crashed after loading and in-game ....

Untick fullscreen on launcher : works like a charm and no crashes yet  ???

Random guesstimate : saving with no fullscreen tick'd makes the game not work if you re-tick it ? Pure random and probably nothing makes sense.

Started a new game (probably the 6th or 7th since mods) last night without fullscreen, saved and quit then went to bed. Got back today, ticked it back and loaded into the monstrous crash heap reported above. Went back with no fullscreen and it worked, as stated above again ..... Which points to my question : could fullscreen on/off be the culprit ?

The actual savefile doesn't know about fullscreen status, so the only reason that might matter is driver/OS stuff. I have heard about fullscreen on or off making a difference before, as far as the game working, but nothing inconsistent like this.

New theory : Windows update hates me. Formatted (again), re-installed Windows/game/same-ish mods as before : been playing without crashes/BSOD for most of the day .....

No Windows updates installed but haven't shut down/restarted for a bit, still playing the game for more than 5 mins without crashing epicly feels weird, hope I won't jinx myself later tonight when I go sleep and turn off the PC
