Trade Contracts saying "wrong comm ID"

So I think this might be caused by either Vayra's Sector or Nexerelin, but I'm not certian. When I've been delivering trade contracts, instead of the peson saying stuff like "Greetings! I've been waiting for this shipment!", they say stuff like "Wrong comm ID", and refuse to accept or pay out the contract. As in there is no option to complete the contract. I've tried with and without transponder on, and have no clue what is happening. Here's an example of what I'm talking about. I haven't taken many contracts, but some of them have worked. dunno whats happening.

Here's starsector.log, for what it's worth. I can't find anything related to science_fuckers and trade, but I'm not good at looking for that stuff.
