Hello
I feel like i don't understand something about making your own ships.

I contructed a heavy industry on one of my colonies because i wanted to make money on ships.
Take a Hammerhead for example.
It takes 40k credits to make one.
But a pristine hammerhead sold on a black market only gets me 25k.
Am i doing something wrong?

The heavy industry already produced 'ship hulls' to export for a profit.

Custom production is for your own personal use, rather then for making money.

Selling ships is designed to never be profitable. And what you are describing sounds like that would be an exploit if it worked
