Change emergency burn option slot and key binding?

Hey, newbie here! just got the game, loving it so far but quick question, is there any way for me to reorganize the fleet buttons/keys in the bottom bar?  I keep accidentally doing an emergency burn when I want to do sustained burn.  Not the end of the world but it's cost me a few times now and I'd love to swap it for the #6 or #9 spot if I can.

Right-click on a square in the abilities bar to change which ability it is (or clear it).
