When I have 2 command points, and I issue Waypoint Defense orders, the first order decreases the command point to 1, and I can issue additional orders during Command Frequency Open.
But when I have 1 command point, and I try to issue Waypoint Defense orders, the first order decrease the command point to 0, and no more orders can be issued during Command Frequency Open.
It's feels strange that the behavior is different whether I start with 2 or more points and when I start with 1 point.

Thank you - fixed. Also noticed that creating a new assignment when the command frequency was open was resetting its duration; fixed that as well.
