I'm sorry that my English is not very good, so I only can use translation software.
- ----
In the tags content in weapon_data.csv, what does the number after the word represent?
For example, beam17, kinetics12
If I created a commonly used large live-ammunition high explosive weapon, how much should I set the following number?
how many numbers should I set for small, medium and large weapons?
And what does SR and LR mean?

Welcome to the forum
Tags with numbers are only used for autofit. A higher number means a "better" weapon in that role. For example, "kinetic10" should be better than "kinetic5" at attacking shields. So, you should set it to what's appropriate for your weapon.
SR and LR are also hints for autofit. SR means "short range" and LR means "long range".
