ok, i know, i am not the sharpest cracker in the box....to whom do i contact to get another copy of my serial key???...i bookmarked the page that had the key but then not to my knowledge the page timed out and i now do not have my serial key...

search inside your mail for starfarer if you got game really long time ago, and starsector if your purchase is recent.
