Game is blurry to the point of being unplayable on my laptop

Hi gang. I'm using a laptop at the moment and have encountered this weird problem. It's not a gaming laptop by any means:

Intel Core I3 something or other
Intel HD3000 graphics card (boo)
4 gigs of RAM
Windows 7 home.

Any ideas what's doing this? Is the graphics card just too ***?

Can you take a screenshot? (PrtScn; file is automatically written to Starfarer/screenshots folder)

Hmm, I have a laptop identical to yours. I'll install SF onto it and see if I have the same problem.

Weirdly, setting texture quality to 'best' fixed it. Cheers!
