[0.9a RC10] Produced ships do not receive faction prefix.

It's a small one, but, like the title says, ships you produce from blueprints on your colonies do not receive whatever prefix you set for your faction. Instead, all built ships receive an "ISS" prefix.

Ships bought from the open market on your colonies do get the faction prefix though.
