So I have a military comission with pereasean League, and the star system in the center north they control with two bases (one civ planet and one mil station) I think the star system is zagas or something like that, anyways, the mil station there will sell me drugs and let me buy drugs on the open market even though they are illegal for the pereasean league.  It's the only station I've noticed this at, I think the station starts with a Y.  Sorry not at home so I can't look at exact name, but been meaning to bring this up

Yesod in Zagan is a free port, which means everything is legal on the open market there.
