Water World with Farmland has double food production

If a water world spawns with any kind of farmland, Aquaculture produces both the Aquaculture food production as well as the Farming food production. Should water worlds even have farmland? They're supposed to be almost entirely water.

highly fertile and easily drained shallow shoals? Like the 3-foot deep water world from Interstellar lol Seems like something that could easily be a feature to me

edit: just don't colonize it if it's tidally locked to a supermassive black hole
