Ships in storage sometimes revert to 50% CR

Put a ship into storage.  Mouse over its info, then take it back out of storage.  Poof, it's at 50% CR, no matter whether it went in mothballed or at 100%.

Thank you, fixed! Had to do with the tooltip temporarily setting the CR to 50% for mothballed ships so that their stats wouldn't have low-CR penalties, and a case where it wasn't getting set back correctly.
