Weapon Malfunction Adjustment

As I typed http://fractalsoftworks.com/forum/index.php?topic=13730.0 this I realized this game has weapon jamming!

Suggestion: weapon malfunctions happen after the weapon is fired, bc that's what Prey Mooncrash did and I liked that lol
