I just wish you could choose which D-mods to fix on an individual basis, instead of paying the full price to fix all of them at once.

Then you'd intentionally leave harmless(for particular ship type) ones for deployment and maintenance reduction. This was explicit consideration for not allowing to fix one by one.

I am more bothered by the fact the interface for removing D-Mods is inconsistent with all the other hull mods. Why have a separate button just for this purpose? There should be a big minus button spanning all the D-mods which will lead you to the current rebuild dialog IMO. Then no tutorial is required.
