Display missile health on the mouseover menu

Might be useful for people to know how much health their missiles have. Would probably be displayed under "Tracking".

Given my potential plans for an "armoured torpedo" (slow but hard hitting torpedo with very high integrity), I definitely support this.

I would like to see this become implemented. It's a solid QoL feature.

Suggested something like this a while ago. For some reason I didn't include Missile health however. No idea why.

Sure, low/high maneuverability can be useful, but degrees/second, acceleration, top speed, etc, would be moreso.
Plus, naturally, with modders on the loose, custom additional stats would be nice.

-Missile Acceleration
-Missile Top-Speed/Friction/whatever
-Missile Targeting Description (Engines for Salamander, for example)

And ability to add any category you dang well please, such as Chain-lighting Jump Radius, or Damage per second from Acid.
