[0.8.1a RC8] Ship recovered with no D mods still has (D) in name

I lost a (mod) ship in combat, recovered it with no D-mods (Recovery Operations 3), but the ship still has the (D) designation.
Restore button remains correctly greyed out, and the damage overlay seems to be absent.

Appears to be a leftover from this bug.

Thank you for the report! Looking at the code, looks like this got fixed a week or two after the .1 release - must've come up around then.
