I would like to know if i am the only one in this situation, but the hyperengine upgrade doesnt give the zero speed boost it should to my ship. Currently trying to install it on that big appro light ship that goes 5 speed... Forgot the name already. I didnt see anything about hull  mod being dedicated to only HMI

Edit: After Carefull looking i just saw the A-L Repair bay module of the appro-light ship already affect the zero-speed boost and has a effect do no stack.... Crap.

Quick, minor update:

HMI Supervillians

Changes:
-Fang and Draco have had the VayraRaider infrastructure removed, and will no longer make raider bases if you have Vayra's Sector installed.
-Fang and Draco have been given civilian and base-blueprint ships, to match the fact that they now act like proper factions.
-Fixed some misspellings, may have tweaked a couple of ships in very minor ways.

Savegame compatible with previous version if you don't use Vayra's Sector, might be savegame incompatible with Vayra's Sector.

Will Fang will be playable faction and have another Capital? Fang has more armor to spare than XIV Battlegroup, sound more fun to play as than to fight against.

Are the Techmined ships actually something you can buy? I tried looking for Sulemains, Calicos, Weavers, and anything interesting to add to my fleet by using the findship command, I've never seen any on sale though, are those ships something we're supposed to either find as derelicts or do you need to find the blueprints?

They're rare but it should still appear in HMI market. Alternatively, you can just hire Agent from Nexerelin and steal their ship and it comes with a free weapon load out.

I am eagerly anticipating a Derelict Contingent filled mostly with HMI Junkers. It's like they were made for each other.

My senses tell me this will get itself an update once Alfonzo can get his missions to link into proper story point based content and not either break the game with Free Mess AI Cores as well as Overpowered Pather's Existing and feel more like the right and proper outer sector worlds we know and love.

I'm not opposed to my broken content but with the pather's of present rocking their new dummy thicc fleet I assume soul and her pather hold star system might make them a sector wide threat the hegemony wasn't accounting for.

Hazard Mining Incorporated Incorporates Itself into the FUTURE!

As it turns out, 0.95a dropped about the same time I was planning on doing an update to HMI. It also gave me the tools to do some neat things, some of which are in this update, and some of which I will address in the future. No major changes to HMI Supervillians, and nothing but a compatability update for Brighton Federation. Without ado:

HMI 0.3.3k:
Campaign:
-0.95a Compatibility
-Minor tweaks to ship spawning to keep consistent with new vanilla.
-Added systems to the Secret Content Systems, and put them into Constellations - HMI secret content should not be more difficult to see.

Ships
-Added the Mulligan (P) for flavour.
-Added the Fury (Assault) and Wolf (Assault) TT prototypes.
-Made minor tweaks to the stats of a couple of ships to keep them vanilla compliant.
-The Ecstacy's large mount is now a medium synergy, ship tweaked to be lighter but more fragile.
-The Aureole's EMP system now has a longer cooldown.
-Revelio is a bit more mobile.
-Added the Coelum, a hulking and slow Remnant cruiser with incredibly effective built-in PD drones.
-Added a couple of Vayra Colonial Faction ships

Weapons
-Added the Baffler ADC, a large ballistic weapon that fires large bursts of slow HE projectiles that can be intercepted by point defense.
-Added the Ragtime Mortar, a mildly improved version of the heavy mortar.
-Added several Remnant weapons; these are weapons that have been adjusted by AI-engineering to be slightly better than their original analogues. Only accessible by defeating Remnants, and are more common and conventional than [REDACTED].

Other
-Finally added a reward for killing the Mess [REDACTED].
-Fixed some descriptions.
-Just now - Hotfixed to actually work.

Changes:

-Draco gains the Penanggalan, a light carrier version of the Shrike
-Fang hullmod has been altered to be less punishing for carriers.

Quick hotfix - for some reason I fixed the game version, but forgot to fix the release version. If you're getting 'enum' crashes, please re-download.
