Ships in Storage

Not really a huge priority, just a bit of QoL for the future.
Would it be possible to be able to refit ships that are in storage?
I've found that it's mildly annoying to have to un-store a ship, refit, then re-store it in order to remove a single weapon that I want to use elsewhere.

I'd love to have this as I often do the exact same thing as you.
I'd love to have more options for storage/shipyards at the friendly port in general, both gameplay and UI.

Adding to this, I would also wish to have quick sorting so that I could exchange my large fleet into a scouting fleet in a press of a button and vise versa while automatically assigning officers. That would be an great QoL update.
