I bought this game a few years ago and i just watched a random video on it recently and the key recovery button on their website is not working i would like some help please, and thankyou.

First, search your inbox for bmtmicro. If you can't find it, then PM Alex with the email you used to buy the game before and he will get you your key.
Also note that if the comp you are using now is the one you play SS on before, then your key should already be entered in and you should be able to play without having to enter it again
