Main Menu Missions could Unlock Alternate Timelines

For example, if you beat Coral Nebula (where the Persean League defeated the Luddic Church and recaptured the planet Mazalot), you unlock an alternate history where the Luddic Church held Mazalot. You would choose this alternate timeline when starting a new game.

Just a spur of the moment idea.
