Exactly what it says on the tin: clicking the buttons at the bottom of the screen in-game (cargo and refit are the main offenders) causes the cursor to instead click the taskbar behind it, swapping from the game to the desktop. Even when the taskbar is hidden, this error continues. Only occurred once windows 10 updated to Creators Update. This does not crash the game, and the game is easily re-enterable, it's just incredibly annoying.

Is this happening in proper fullscreen mode or in a full-screen resolution, but with fullscreen unchecked? Probably worth giving both a try.

Not sure I can do much about this on my end, unfortunately - if windows decides to switch away from the game, that seems entirely outside of the game's control. Possibly some other taskbar settings may help? Some googling seems to indicate that unpinning applications from the taskbar may help, but it's not exactly the same scenario.
