Low CR ships cause recovered ships to explode.

This isn't that much of an issue, since in order to trigger that bug you need to deliberately do something stupid, but it's still awkward.

I've once had a freighter at very low CR and, not even sure what I was thinking, instead of mothballing it, I've suspended its repairs. Not much later I had a fight in which I've captured a ship.

Literally instantly after closing a dialog box after capturing that ship, said ship had an accident from low CR and got destroyed... so I didn't even get to repair it. The freighter I kept on suspend repairs was totally fine. Must've rammed the recovered ship to bits or something...
