How to redistribute skill points?

So I have reached level 40, however I would like to retrain my skill points. Can I do this somehow? Even if it is with "cheating" like console commands etc, I dont care I would like to redistribute my points, no matter how.
I also find level 40 a bit too low as max level, would it possible to raise it?

Install console commands, activate mod, launch starsector, load game, press shift+delete, type "respec", press enter.

It is control backspace actually.
And yeah, sadly there is no vanilla respec option

QWERTY, but I've had issues with certain programs mapping things in bizarre ways before. For example, Skyrim swaps left/right mouse buttons, disables function keys, and if I map a certain key I have to manually modify the config files to undo it. Delete mapping to backspace as well is normal, but no idea why control is switched to shift. Shift works fine to speed up time and toggle mouse mode, so I don't think Starsector itself is a problem, but I've had issues with Console Commands in the past. (If I change it to trigger off tilde it doesn't trigger off anything.)
