Transponder request from Remnant
« on: May 06, 2017, 01:54:45 AM »

I guess I broke the Remnant's laws here... my bad?? I'm guessing this is not intended. Usual patrol stuff happens for scanning, as seen below. The fleet is behaving like a more standard patrol, keeping away from my fleet/maintaining contact with my fleet. Other fleets are still acting normally (chasing my fleet suicidally)

Remnants have weird affection for player.
They'll always suicidally charge you (except the case above, I guess), but they will flee from unknown(to them) fleets. Which is annoying when they lead bounties away from their reported locations.

Thank you - reported a bit back, fixed for the .1 release.

Dunno if this is also fixed, but Remnant fleets that spawn from tripping a signal through exploration (interacting with an Orbital Habitat) do not follow the usual combat (fight to last ship) style, and will attempt to retreat after taking heavy losses.
