I'm not getting paid to recommend it.... so I don't see how it can be Shilling?!

It's an FTL-like exploration game where you're constantly balancing the need for food (to prevent insanity), gear (to prevent death), and loot (to earn fame, and/or fund your next expedition).

Very similar game flow to Renowned Explorers, though I think Curious Expeditions achieves a better balance between complexity, gameplay & fun.
Plus I much prefer the lovely pixel art, animations & numerous Easter eggs in Curious Exp.

Also very similar to Out There in that you're constantly walking a tightrope between survival & success.

There are plenty of let's plays out there; Jim Sterling has even covered it. (they've based one of the in-game followers upon him!)
