I only just noticed a odd bug with crew randomly being killed at the end of fights. i have a save that currently (after picking up a dead domi) after the first fight i encounter even with no damage to any of my ships kills 50 crewman. i got 2 screen shots of hit happening once and then once again after a reload. im on the current patch/hotfix

Thanks - this was reported a little while earlier and is fixed for the next release. To stop that from happening, deploy the Dominator into battle once.
