I chose to autofit the ISS Oedipus, a Salvage Rig (D) I picked up in hyperspace. It helpfully configured it with both the Reinforced Bulkheads I asked for, and the Unstable Injector called for by the standard fitting template thingy. Since it's just a salvage rig, this is not exactly OP, but it's probably a bug that can happen with other ships as well.
