I've been playing starsector/starfarer on and off for a while now and I have always wanted to create an idle screen of constant battle to serve as my lock screen on my computer.  I want to go ahead and create this but not sure how to start.   I want the start screen with a toggle key shortcut to hide the menu's, a slightly increased ship spawn and an a reason to fight on screen.
A bonus would be to display a fake "CTRL + Alt + Del to log in message" to complete the fake out.

Any ideas?

Basically I don't think you can hide the menu nor increase the rate of spawns on it...

Run one of the Dynasector/GraphicLib benchmark mission, press F11 to hide the UI

Just be aware that the mission is designed to push your rig to its limits sooooo yeah...
Plus I think it out ends
