I would like to know if i am the only one in this situation, but the hyperengine upgrade doesnt give the zero speed boost it should to my ship. Currently trying to install it on that big appro light ship that goes 5 speed... Forgot the name already. I didnt see anything about hull mod being dedicated to only HMI

Edit: After Carefull looking i just saw the A-L Repair bay module of the appro-light ship already affect the zero-speed boost and has a effect do no stack.... Crap.
