Mind posting the end of your log? Everything at the ERROR marker and below is useful. Also is Starsector up to date? The current version is 0.7.2a RC3
Edit: Ok your SS is up to date. Didn't notice that before

Yeah, seeing the last couple of hundred lines of the logfile would be helpful. Also: are you running vanilla or with mods?
