Missing dust ring in Arcadia

The ring system around Syrinx in Arcadia doesn't provide any bonus.

Not sure if this is a bug, but Tlalocan's ring is applying both Ring system and Asteroid Belt modifiers, causing twice the sensor reduction, and my fleets's detection range is always undetectable in it.
