Having mods installed makes you constantly lose rep when on a commission

Basically some factions set your relations to them to negative by default, and this causes you to get negative rep with your commission-giver, because they may not be inherently hostile to everyone.

Hmm. Not entirely sure what the proper solution here might be; perhaps just not allowing the player to accept a commission that would cause this in the first place. Want a commission with faction X? Don't be enemies with its non-enemies or friends with its enemies. Will take a look for 0.7.2a; for now I'd just suggest avoiding commissions like that...

just to add this applys to pirates as well (no idea if mods re-enter them into the commission list afterwards) when i get -100 i still see commissions for them while unable to accept
