They are fairly slow so maybe you put them on a ship too fast for them to keep up?

As far as I know, it's probably just some lore and speculation, never saw any Diable colonies outside of their three systems.

From practical term it's hard to code another sector beside Persean Sector to appear just to expand the lore from coding perspective, let's pretend they have Colonies off the map screen :p

I've already seen a mod that makes solar systems hidden until you get in sensor range so thanks for clearing this up.

Holy *** that SUNRISE skin set looks SO GOOD, I love how it's not perfectly symmetrical or follows a set pattern, and the orange/black complement each other so well.

question about SRAB Heavy Emitter--------------would it be effect by missile buff just like ECCM Package and skill "Missile Specialization" to increase  speed/HP/damage? 
it seems to be both missile and projectle that I don't know what buff it could get.


opinion
A.Is it worthy to add a new captialship that have heavier armor/firepower but slower than Maelstrom? just like Daze comparedto Haze.
Diable Avionics keep having two types ships on frigate/destoryer/cruiser, one heavier and another faster but captial have only one type,  maybe it's a missing?

Ship shape would be like Daze, flat and wide. It would have have 2 Micro Missile Array but no Fighter Bay, maybe more weapon slots. That's my thought

B.Is it worthy to rebalance micro missile?  I think there are 2 problem.
1. small slot micro missile have no use. there are all types of micro missle

small slot have much fewer burst size and much longer reload time so that I think it's unbalanced, and it's still weak eventhough compared it to other small slot missile because most they have more damge or brust size.
I think brust size is worthy adjusted just like 3/9/20. and reload time of small slot need to be reduced.

2.M/L slots micro missile are too rare to widly use. Is it worthy to add equipments version M/L slots micro missile?
micro missles would show true power when it have enough scale but only few ships have M/L slots micro missles----------Daze/Storm/Pocket Gust/Maelstrom/Pandemonium.  And we can't even use the free M/L missile slots to get more micro missile sothat it's not widely used. it would be fine if we have equipments version  micro missile.

Personally I like the idea of having a warship capital that is weaker than the pandemonium, but easier to deploy, but that's entirely up to the mod creator haha. It's easy to ask for stuff when I'm not the one doing the work, so I don't expect it will happen.

Hi hi.  Huge fan of the mod.

...but I'm having some AI problems.

I noticed it when fighting against DA.  All the small ships would run forwards and get slaughtered... all the big would hang back.  Okay, not a big deal.

But then I started messing with the Versant-class specifically.  Got the weapons all tuned-in, put it in a fight against a few ships that were its better......

.....and it goes into High Speed mode, and just circles.

Well, okay.  That's not strictly true.  It's aggressive and uses those harvester beams against one of the unarmored ships.  Tears it up.  Perfect success.

THEN it just spins around the Hammerhead and Mule, picking at them.  Zero flux, or nearly zero.  Tried giving them a 'Steady' captain, but saw more of the same.

Am I missing something important?  o_O  Pilot or no pilot, this thing has the guns to engage but just hangs back... taking occasional stray shots on the armor that are totally unnecessary, and not really fighting back.

When I plug that back into the larger fleet battles, it suddenly clicked that maybe that was a behavior I was seeing en-mass.  BUT!  I can't be sure, and I don't have a good way to find out.

Thoughts?

AI is pretty inconsistent, if it was more aggressive (especially in a frigate) it would probably jump in and get surrounded and one shot which it honestly does a lot anyway. I call it stage diving.

What might do what you're after is an aggressive officer, as they try to use all their weapons. IF that doesn't force it to switch out of fast mode then it might actually be on Tarts end, but I doubt it.

I never saw it as a projectile, it behaves exactly like a missile. Disintegrates at the same range regardless of hull mods, doesn't work well with autofire. Had to add the "DO_NOT_AIM" tag to it to make it more useful.
