Suggestions / Assigning crew?

As the current game is, your flagship usually soaks up all the elite and veteran crew. If there was some sort of way to distribute your crew manually, you could f:ex assign a few elite crew to your fighter wings so they become more skilled. Feeling this is almost a basic need for the game.

If there already is a way and im just being dumb, please tell me.

Yep, was fighting another Paragon in the campaign and my own ships did the same, had to watch them get slowly torn apart :(

I noticed while sniping some tempests in the campaign that when the ships got aimed at by my lance, they raised their shields as they're supposed. But when i unloaded the lance it did virtually any flux damage, but the Tempest lowered its shield just before the lance stopped firing and ca 150 damage got through. This was easily replicate in the random battle, and seem to happen with about every ship at longer ranges. Looks like the ships think the beam is over when it is actually not. Makes the Tachyon Lance extra OP, as it can cream bigger ship over a big distance even though they use their shields to dodge most of the damage, needs fix.

This also happens to me often. Its really annoying when i am done arranging my inventory. Pressing the "sort" button seems to fix it though. No idea how.

Yep i see this quite often as well, usually with 1 ship fleets. Maybe they're circling each other but not quite getting close nuf for a battle?

Started out with the Lasher and sold all the machineguns and missiles and went for 3 light needle gun things. And i must say... Those things wreck any shield in 1-2 bursts, for my assault guns to finish of. Loving the update!

Ah thats explains things. And Forlorn Hope was actually far from impossible. Should be rated "Medium" or something. Just standing at spawn not moving made you like an invincible battlestation.

The Oddesy in the new impossible mission have 2 heavy needle cannon things. It says they have 999 ammo, but the number dont decrease when shooting.

I can verify this bug for the current version 0.3~ something.

61, (or was it 51 - I can't remember.) points worth of ships retreated, and I got a 0% Pyrrhic victory.  All points were captured by enemy at end.

Thats just what happened to me.

Well the total number of Hegemony fleet points are 127 points. 25% of 127 is rounded up to 32 points that need to escape. I always manage to get 4 of the Valkyrie-Class troop transport to escape. Thats 36 points. Which should fulfill that criteria. Also my Blackstar escapes easily early in the match by my piloting. That there is all the criteria needed for me to win that level with a margin of 2 points. At some cases. I have also gotten some of the Hounds to escape at the same time, making it even more confirmed that I am supposed to win this level. This is really starting to get on my nerve. Hoping this will get fixed or something in 0.5 as i despise seeing that 0% taunting me every time i look at the missions.

Hmm. Well, the win criteria is 25% by fleet points, not in actual numbers. I think a 0% win means that you got just the bare minimum away - so it's a win, but not much of one.

Ok just WTF. Managed to get 6-7 Hegemony ships to escape. 4-5 freighters and 2 hound-classes. Also the Blackstar escaped soundly. But somehow the match did not automatically give me the win and when i eventually surrendered i said i won but i got 0% WTF is this nonsense. This must surely be a glitch.

This could mean you still have some reserves deployed - the battle won't end until either 1) you don't have any reserves left or 2) you can't deploy them because the enemy controls every objective on the map.

Well all my ship had escaped and they had all the points. I dont even know anymore.
