with retexture i ment what is done to the hellborn cannon, so not just changing the hue and giving it emp.

so you would like a sort of gathering of small mods to not over-rule vanilla ,but (...whats the word...) compliment it?

if so I agree on all your statements and would like to add a suggestion.
- new weapons should contain something unique and not just be a vanilla weapon with tweaked stats, although a retexture is allowed?

well even without pm I still hope you and others with a large sig adjust it for the good of all : P.
Its a little annoying seeing a page containing more signature than actual text.

Why do people keep getting all these dota 2 keys?
because if you own a copy valve sends you 10 free ones to spread the game about. in theory it makes us do some of the work getting the game out there for them.
the strange thing is that when you got and installed a free copy, you will again get a load of free copies to spread,
so theoretically only one person has to buy it for the whole world to get it.

thank you all for putting effort in this, but in my opinion sizing your ships is still a matter of looking at vanilla ships.
It is not an exact science. these numbers are just guidelines.
