I believe this is part of a mod set I added but I got a quest called the mysterious champion and some text popped up and disappeared before I could, does anyone know what it said or how to get it to pop up again?

First couple days of playing StarSector and so far I am loving it. I do have a question though. Do the AI empires expand at all or set up new colonies?
