Thanks for all of the recommendations guys, I appreciate it. I was using wordpad at first and I've had to close it without saving the changes quite a few times at this point. My friend was telling me about notepad++ so I'll probably give that one a go first.

Hello, do you guys have any recommendations for a good spreadsheet-type CSV editor? I used to have some kind of excel program on my old computer that worked phenomenally and since I just barely set up this computer, I don't really have anything like that installed. If possible I'd like to save time in looking for a good, reliable one. Free, or at least cheap, if possible. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Well because I lost my last key I won't worry about the confirmation ordeal, I plan on saving this one for sure. I'll probably get in touch with them, I tried texting the person who's number I put in but for all I know it's an old lady that thinks I'm some kind of virus.

Thanks for the help, and no need to apologize, this was completely my fault. Great game by the way, I've sunk thousands of hours into it, it never gets boring.

So I just bought another copy of Starsector, I had one from way before when it was still called Starfarer during it's beta. but my other computer burned out randomly and I ended up losing that one, anyways so I bought a new one and when I was putting in all of my information, I accidentally messed up the very last digit of my phone number and clicked accept before I realized it, did some random person end up getting a text with my information or how does that work?
