Have you scanned any ships? You have to sell ships to the market and wait for analysis to finish to make them show up.

Eheheh... I assumed that it wasn't supposed to look like that. I just scanned a ship and now I understand that is actually the interface itself, not a bug.
Sorry LOL

The x/y coords appear when I click anywhere on the blue box.

I'm using the current version of Lazylib and Omnifac (they are the only mods I have installed).

Done and done!

Alliances
Mining

BTW: Accidents seem a bit too frequent at present, so I'd suggest going into the config and lowering it. (baseAccidentChance is currently 0.8 IIRC; it'll be 0.5 in next version)

Thank you for your help!

Quick question: how do you mine anything? I haven't found any ships that say they are capable of mining.

I have followed the instructions here to the letter, even tried repeating them, yet when I click the starsector executable, the game will not open (nothing seems to happen).  ???

Whoops, I forgot to change the maximum memory allocation for my Java, I set it above what I'm using for starsector, and now it works perfectly.

Is there an mirror download? The past few months certificates haven't been received correctly on browsers, and the one on the post already I can't access. It would be great if someone could post it.

One final question: is there a way to allocate more memory to the game? I'm trying to diversify the factions by adding more, and i have lots of spare memory to use. I'm pretty sure all i have to do is modify the "starsector.bat" in the starsector-core file, but i don't know the code. Anyone know how to do this, or knows how i can find out?

Is this mod backwards compatible? I use mods that only work on 0.6.a yet need this to work...

When I start Starsector with Exerelin enabled (even with only the requirements; LazyLib), I get a fatal error.
"Fatal: Ship Hull variant or fighter wing with id: [hound_Assault] not found!
Check starsector.log for more info."

Here's the error from the .log file:

"16246 [Thread-5] ERROR com.fs.starfarer.combat.O0OO  - java.lang.RuntimeException: Ship hull variant or fighter wing with id: [hound_Assault] not found!
java.lang.RuntimeException: Ship hull variant or fighter wing with id: [hound_Assault] not found!
   at com.fs.starfarer.loading.FleetCreationSpec.o00000(Unknown Source)
   at com.fs.starfarer.loading.SpecStore.ÖO0000(Unknown Source)
   at com.fs.starfarer.loading.SpecStore.if(Unknown Source)
   at com.fs.starfarer.loading.G.o00000(Unknown Source)
   at com.fs.super.A.new(Unknown Source)
   at com.fs.starfarer.combat.O0OO.o00000(Unknown Source)
   at com.fs.starfarer.StarfarerLauncher$2.run(Unknown Source)
   at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)"

I'm guessing from the context that this is caused by something trying to access a file, yet it isn't in the correct directory? I've already tried re-installing Exerelin and LazyLib, even Starsector, yet the error continues. I don't know much more than that, I'm not that great at diagnosing problems in the tech world! :P
What version of Starsector are you using? This is for 0.6.2a

Ah, I didn't realize I was using a incompatible version. Is there a way to get 0.6.2a, or do i have to wait for the mod to be updated? :o
