Derelict Operations seems like a bad design. Pervious version give junk ships straight buff, which is always userful. This one just let you deploy more ships, and they are a bit cheap to maintain... Untill the pick up certain d-mod. But with this strategy you will lose more ships in combat, which will turn into more spendings on repair, crew, fuel, etc.
And you also can pick Hull Restoration instead. So why even bother with this junk? Especially in late game, lol.

Just my personal "imho": if its just 0.95 update - it will be cool if it posted here. I mean its not even really "mod the mod" (which is totally ok btw, but its another big topic) its just temporary solution for people who wanna play it right here and right now. And less people will ask "where 095 version?" so you can focus on full scale update.

Ok so, I really like this mod, its one of my essentials for modded Starsector.  Since it's not the author's primary focus at the moment, I wanted to try and update it for 0.95a like I did for Hiigaran Descendants.

Skills changes are generally bad, for example ECM now totally useless, this 10% is not worth the point =\

Well, properly builded they not so weak, but i agree overall they weaker than vanilla line. Especially with native weapons, vanilla and over mod equipement truly give them a push.
I think they need one or two "AI friendly" ships, preferably if this ships can hold the line. IMHO, right now this fleet is truly missing some heavy "anchor ship", cuz classic DA ships quickly run out of steam, they not build for prolonged "grindy" engagements.
Btw same about wanzers, after they got destroyed it become very big window of weakness, where they respawn. And they got rekt pretty fast, cuz they are extremely vulnerable to ant-fighter crafts and normal weapons. Arbitrators wont help that much
Honestly i think DA AI fleet can be also buffed pure-carrier. Maybe if form of "droneship" if Tartiflette worry about DA ship with too much hangars (dunno why), which have build-in drone fighters with fast recovery time and anti-fighter purpose, for cover and distraction.

Maybe you right, i didnt play too muchin 0.95 after all, still waiting for some mod to update (like ship\weapons pack).

But things like this exist even in vanilla in 0.91. In my very first vanilla only game i let my reckless pilot command Medusa, and he wreck havoc on the flanks of my fleet, dueling sometimes 2-3 cruisers and once (mostly by hidding behind one of them, but still), and in test games he able to 1v1 any stock ship except paragon.

Many frigates with properly build captains will rekt hevier ships. Captains is a big deal in general.

Why to light industry? It produse something like chairs and consoles, not ships and reactors, right?

Chill dude. Yes, some people cannot take any criticism (or seen any criticism at all) and yes, you have all rights to like\dislike something and talk about it.

Show you opinion, explan it if you want, then move along.

From the lore perspective ship hulls and components can be produced at least in small numbers by biggest countries of the sector, at least Hegemony and TT (especially TT) im sure can do this.
