General Discussion / Balance questions playing with mods

Hey hey people,
i've started playing Starsector a week ago and i'm having a lot of fun, however i've decided to install quite a lot of mods (list attached) because i was getting a little bored with my vanilla game (even if i'm keeping my save just in case).
I'm doing a new game now with all these mods enabled and so far i'm going well... maybe even too much. It may be luck, but the fact is that some blueprints and items introduced by the factions have a lot of value (one i found was worth 125k and others around 40k-20k) and some ships and weapons seems a bit OP though it may only be my impression. Even if it's also true that i found those on an very distant star to do a scan-research mission
So right now i'm not sure if i've unbalanced the game compared to vanilla and wanted know your opinion about it. I'm also having an issue which seems caused by Vayra's Sector, basically there is a Luddic Church system which spawn in a very extreme region of the map. Actually i'm ok in keeping it, but i question if this extreme distance will affect the market economy or the NPCs actions in the future (like traders and other fleets).
